Tatia Bolkvadze
Tatia joined Oxford Analytica in August 2024. She covers cybersecurity, emerging technologies and digital markets and regulations.
Previously, Tatia worked as a researcher and geopolitical analyst with both private-sector firms and multilateral organisations in the United States and Georgia, focusing on the intersection of technology and international affairs.
She holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a BA in International Relations-Politics from Wellesley College and the University of Oxford. Her undergraduate research focused on the interplay between cyber and kinetic attacks in Russian warfare, while her MPhil dissertation examined the role of emerging technologies in post-conflict development.
Tatia is fluent in Georgian, Russian and English, and has proficiency in Spanish.
