Benjamin leads Oxford Analytica’s strategic foresight and analytical methodology work. He has regional expertise in China, Taiwan and Japan, and sectoral expertise in the global space industry and space policy.
He holds an MPhil in Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge and Peking University, and a BA in Japanese Studies from the University of Sheffield and Doshisha University in Kyoto. He joined Oxford Analytica in 2011.
His articles have appeared in the China Economic Review, The Space Review, The Diplomat and the South China Morning Post.
