Client Success Manager
Oxford Analytica is appointing a Client Success Manager to engage with its blue-chip client base to ensure they get best value from our products and services.
If you have senior-level experience supporting and engaging high-value clients in professional services, subscription services or membership organisations, we have a great opportunity to offer. Founded in 1975, Oxford Analytica is the pioneer of geopolitical risk analysis and today works with the world’s most influential business, governments and international organisations.
As Client Success Manager, you will be liaising and building relationships with key individuals within our blue-chip client base to ensure they get the best value from our products and services (primarily the Oxford Analytica Daily Brief) and to drive product adoption and usage. You will be acting as a key point of support for clients and triallists, onboarding, supporting and proactively advising them and connecting them to our analysts and analysis. You will write and create training materials and templates, and advise clients on “best practices” for using our services.
While not primarily a sales role, you will also work with our Client Relationship Managers to grow and protect revenue, and to identify and qualify leads and opportunities that may arise from the clients you work with. You will play a key role in our product development cycle, surfacing common problems clients experience with the service and working across teams to identity possible solutions.
You will bring at least 3 years of experience and demonstrable success in a similar role with similar clients, and will have a good degree (2.1 or better) from a well-ranked university, ideally in a related subject such as international relations, politics, modern history, economics or any social science. You will have very strong verbal communication skills and will show superior presentation and numeracy skills, including facility with Powerpoint and Excel. You will have proven ability to multitask with attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently as well as closely within a team. You will have familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system. It would be advantageous to have experience of international relations, politics or economics in a professional or academic context.
In return we offer a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a fantastic and friendly work culture with the opportunity to work alongside interesting clients and interesting colleagues.
Please note that this full-time role is based in Oxford and all candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK. Some travel will be expected (less than 20%), mostly to London.
The closing date for applications is January 6 at 9.30 GMT. We do not accept submissions from agencies.
NB YOU MUST SUBMIT A CV WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
