US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will visit Turkey this week in a new diplomatic push to reduce tensions between Turkey and Iraq over Kurdish rebels. Rice will be in Turkey on November 2 for meetings with President Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan.
