Oxford Analytica’s Early Warning System provides clients with a highly customised, analytical monitoring service. We draw on our extensive network and experienced research team to monitor and analyse events, trends and risks most likely to impact on the client’s specific business interests and possible areas of exposure. The coverage is global and encompasses relevant geo-political, macroeconomic, business sector, social, and science and technology issues. The project team consults closely with the client representatives, to understand the key drivers that determine the operating and financial performance of their organisation.
The analysis is delivered through periodic reports – typically presented on a monthly or quarterly basis – and face-to-face meetings with the client. The service can be supplemented by ad hoc reports and conference calls with Oxford Analytica’s specialist consultants to analyse and assess significant developments as they occur.
