This project for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) involved taking a creative approach towards methods of stimulating economic development in Latin America. Input from some twenty experts, from both inside and outside Latin America, was synthesised into a wide-ranging set of policy recommendations for each of the different actors in the region. These policy recommendations were focused on development issues such as
The study also explored ways in which the IDB could catalyse some of these processes.l
Conference calls throughout the project ensured a continued focus on the client's needs.
