Registration & Fees
The Conference will be held from Tuesday 16 – Wednesday 17 December 2008.
The registration fee is £1195.00 and is not subject to VAT or other local sales tax.
This fee includes:
- Two-day conference programme
- Conference documentation
- Lunch on both days
- Welcome Cocktail reception (Monday 15th December)
