Catherine Young

Director, The Oxford Analytica Foundation

Catherine is the Director of the Oxford Analytica Foundation, the arm of Oxford Analytica engaging with not-for-profits and focusing on development, democracy, and rule of law. Catherine has overall responsibility for the Foundation including writing grants and proposals, project management, writing and editing reports, liaising with funders, and organising events. With a background in labor and employment law she also provides advice as in-house counsel for Oxford Analytica.

Catherine holds a BA in Political Science from Wheaton College, Illinois, an MPhil. in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford, and a Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington School of Law in Washington DC. Before joining Oxford Analytica in 2009 Catherine was an associate at the law firm of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak and Stewart in the U.S. Virgin Islands where she focused on criminal and civil defense litigation.
