Benjamin leads Oxford Analytica’s coverage of Greater China, Japan and North and South Korea, as well as the global space industry and space policy.
His research interests include Taiwan-China relations, strategic foresight methods, the social and political impacts of novel technology, and the long-term future of East Asia (5-10 years and beyond).
He holds an MPhil in Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge and Peking University, and a BA in Japanese Studies from the University of Sheffield and Doshisha University in Kyoto.
His articles have appeared in the China Economic Review, The Space Review, The Diplomat and the South China Morning Post.
