Mark Elsner joined Oxford Analytica in 2002 and advises clients in the financial sector and the oil sector, as well as international organisations.
Mark is a specialist on Latin America and is a regular contributor to the Oxford Analytica Daily Brief on the region and on broader international economic issues. Prior to joining Oxford Analytica, Mark worked as a strategy consultant in Paris, Berlin and London. He holds a Masters in Economics and a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, both from Christ Church, University of Oxford.
