Kenneth commenced his career in London with the banking department of Clifford Chance in 1987. After a further three years as a partner, he moved to Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy as their first English lawyer to develop the English law side of their world-leading Project Finance practice. He moved to Shearman & Sterling in 1996 to establish their new English law practice. In addition to being Joint Global Head of Project Finance, he was given the task of developing and implementing a strategy for the growth of an English law practice at Shearman & Sterling.
He is widely regarded as one of the leading legal practitioners in this area in London. He was named in Euromoney's Guide to The World's Leading Banking Lawyers and The World's Leading Oil and Gas Lawyers.
