Bookkeeper (Part Time) - Oxford

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our busy finance team at our offices in central Oxford.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for maintaining timely and accurate accounting records to help support the organisation’s growth objectives.

As a key member of the team you will need to have an excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of accounting principles. You will need to be highly motivated and an effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to apply your computer literacy and proficiency with accounting software to all duties which will include:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable Duties
• Staff Expenses and Credit Cards
• Banking and cash management

You need to have demonstrable experience as a bookkeeper and experience with Sage Line 50 would be preferred.

This is a part time role, ideally working 20 hours per week over 5 days, with flexibility as long as key times for the business are worked.
