Administrative Assistant, part-time

A varied and interesting role located in Oxford at a firm working on high-profile issues for high-profile clients.

You will be a part of our Business Support Team, mixing direct customer support duties (liaising between clients, relationship managers, clients, analysts and other professionals to provide product and service information and resolve product and service problems) with general administrative duties (for example reception, answering the phone, undertaking contact management, travel booking and so on).

You will be courteous and professional, and used to dealing with people at all levels. A fluent English-language speaker, you will be able to communicate in a style appropriate to our blue-chip clients, whether in writing or on the phone.

You will have experience of modern office styles of working, including demonstrable facility with Word and Excel, and Office 365 features such as OneDrive and Skype for Business.

You will be quick to pick up new processes and will have experience of web-based administration systems such as CRMs (especially Salesforce), or CMSes. You will be comfortable with managing multiple priorities.

You will have experience in a customer-facing role and/or in administrative/reception duties; experience in both would be highly advantageous. Experience in a professional services business would be highly advantageous. A strong interest in current affairs would be helpful in integrating into company culture.

Ideal hours would be 2pm-6pm, 5 days per week. We will also consider at least 4 days per week with these or similar hours. This role does not offer the opportunity to work from home.

Salary range £18k-21.5k, pro-rated, plus a 5% pension contribution and benefits.
