If however the content does not appear the way you would like it, use our print preview button to see the content in a form suitable for printing. In print preview, none of the normal tools such as interactions or ratings are available. Click Exit Print Preview to return to the normal view.

Email help

You can receive content by email in two forms: an HTML formatted email or an email with PDF attachment. Download Acrobat Reader. The formatted HTML works with most corporate email systems, but if it isn't well formatted in your system, please try the PDF variant.

By default content will go to your registered email address, but you can also use this feature to send to a colleague on a one-off basis by changing the email address. To change your email address permanently, please visit your profile page (click on Account).

Rating help

Please help us keep our content relevant to you by telling us in two clicks whether you found our content useful or not. We will be introducing features in future which recommend content to you based on your readership and feedback pattern. These will help you discover the content most relevant to you, so telling us when we helped as well as when we didn't will both be valuable to you.

When you select your preferred answer, an additional comment window will appear, where you can optionally tell us what would have made the content more useful to you. Hit Submit to submit your response.

Interact help

If you want to follow up this content with an analyst, click Ask a follow-up question, fill in your details and hit Submit. We will provide succinct and timely answers to client requests for amplification or correction, getting back to you within one business day.

Suggestions for new areas of coverage or new specific events or issues we have not covered should be entered using "Suggest a new topic for coverage", where you will be asked to choose a country and/or topic of coverage and amplify your request.

Questions regarding your account, subscription or for website support should be asked through your Account Contacts (click on Other enquiries).

In all cases we will endeavour to get back to you within one business day, usually sooner.
